[OpenAFS-port-darwin] update to gui config utility

Hi, all.

Made a slight update to my gui config utility that runs on a first time
install.

A couple of wording changes, and the ability to specify a cell alias for
ThisCell.

It's now part of the OpenAFS-1.2.10 package available on our website:
