[OpenAFS-port-darwin] modified 1.2.10 package avail

Hi, all.

A slightly modified version of the Jaguar 1.2.10 package is available.

What's different? As with 1.2.9.x, other things like vos, kas are 
linked to /usr/bin. Also included is the same gui config app I included 
with my 1.2.9.2 package (runs only on new installs, not on upgrade 
installs).
