[OpenAFS-port-darwin] Conflicts when network disconnected

Well... as pointed out in a previous message, you can unmount afs, but, it's
actually slightly more complicated than that. It also has to be deregistered w.
the disk aribtration system.

Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it kernel panics.
Sometimes if you've gotten afs unmounted, you can't get it to mount, again.
