[OpenAFS-port-darwin] Integrated AFS login against Heimdal KDC

For the sake of completion and if anyone else is interested, the answer
is -- it works perfectly.

To preempt the question as to why I would want to do this is the better
overall AFS integration that Heimdal provides.
