[OpenAFS-port-darwin] one more 10.3 module to play with

same place. same instructions. still has some debug code in place which 
does kernel printfs but there's fewer than earlier, and i think it's 
actually successfully garbage collecting vcaches now, so you shouldn't 
have vlru cycles anymore. it's possible you can find /afs/mumble -print it 
into the ground getting an ENFILE in osi_UFSOpen (from igetinode) but I 
think that was a fluke.
