[OpenAFS-port-darwin] can not seem to build aklog on 10.4.2...

Per instructions on this list and OpenAFS Info I
checkout openafs-1_3_82-macos-10_4 from cvs
as root:
regen.sh
configure --with-afs-sysname=ppc_darwin_80
edit the Makefile in top level to change test "no" = "yes" to test "yes" 
= "yes" in the aklog section so it will not be skipped.
now make aklog and get errors like those below.
For fun download 1.3.87 tar ball and follow the same (with 
ppc_darwin_70) on 10.3.9+ getting identical errors:
