[OpenAFS-port-darwin] Contextual Menu Item for AFS Premissions and Quota information...

I have updated some 2002 Finder contextual menu code Alexei Kosut wrote 
to a) be universal binary and b) work with OpenAFS 1.4.x on 10.4.7. 
This is native non-carbon code as best as I can tell. Testing has been 
limited to 10.4 recent releases only.  The binary is at:

Install is drag the unzipped AFSCMPlugIn.plugin into 
"/Library/Contextual Menu Items".
Never hurts to restart the Finder or logout/login.
Should be able to Control/right click on any folder in afs to get quota 
and acl info.
