I've run all pre-built versions  of OpenAFS > 1.3.0 on Mac OS X  
10.3.9 and verified that large file support works on all of them.   
I'm currently running tests with all the pre-built version of OpenAFS  
for Mac OS X 10.4.7.  I'll report as soon as I have the data.
