[OpenAFS-port-darwin] afs stress tests

Hi David;
	While there are probably better tests, I have tortured both openafs 
1.4.1rc2 and arla 0.41 with a script to repeatedly copy a 300MB 
directory  from a local directory into an afs directory and then delete 
it from afs.
	Sadly in openafs 1.4.1rc2 on OSX 10.4.3 still locks up at some 
seemingly random interval after starting, but arla 0.41 does not lock 
up.
	I to would be interested in better tests.
