[OpenAFS-port-darwin] OpenAFS 1,4.1 RC3 for Tiger

Hi
	Firstly Happy new year, I hope every one has been able to get  some 
time off over the new year period.

	I have this morning installed the RC3 package I downloaded a few days 
ago on my G4 Tiger test box  and have run into a one or two issues.
	There does not appear to be an aklog in the package, and when I 
installed the aklog that had been made available earlier I got the 
following error

aklog: unable to obtain tokens for cell ec.auckland.ac.nz (status: 
11862790).

	I am going to try building RC3 from source with aklog to get around 
these problems.
