[OpenAFS-port-darwin] OpenAFS 1.4.1 RC5 kernel panics

Hi
	I have just re imaged and set up OpenAFS 1.4.1 RC 5 on my OS X 10.4.4 
afs test box and had two kernel panics this morning, panic log below.
	I must say that RC 4 seems to have been pretty stable no kernel panics 
and my copy and delete tests have mostly been running for the full 
length of time that  I have had tokens for.
