[OpenAFS-port-darwin] RC5 Kernel Panics

Does this errant patch also account for the missing afsd in RC5? I=20
noticed that although RC5 is running normally I cannot see any active=20
afsd processes in Activity viewer or running ps auwx | grep afsd in=20
terminal.
