[OpenAFS-port-darwin] Issues With 1.4.2

I've been running OpenAFS 10.4.2 under OS X 10.4.8 (PPC) since  
yesterday evening.  I'm noticing two minor issues with this latest  
release.  Neither are critical, but just annoying.


aklog - producing very verbose output, 539 lines of output as follows

CellServDB file doesn't contain openafs.org cell
