[OpenAFS-port-darwin] 1.4.5 and dev mac os tests...

Just need a sanity check here.  I too was able to download 1.4.5rc4 and 
successfully install, configure, and use it.  Maybe I am missing it but 
I see no graphical representation of AFS in the side bar.  Is this what 
I should expect?
