/afs/your-file-system.com/user/shadow/OpenAFS-BP--1.6.x-2696-g6b8c-dirty-MountainLion.dmg is an installer based on current OpenAFS master. given most of the work was done in a hospital room on too little sleep it's entirely conceivable there are errors or things I missed in testing.
