[OpenAFS-port-darwin] 10.5 support

Apart from disabling building the prefpane, I also had to disable  
building afscell due to the same problem. After the "make all" I did a  
"sudo make packages" (without the "sudo" the permissions weren't set  
correctly for the installer package) and then installed openafs from  
the newly created disk image (after rebooting when I got a kernel  
panic during the unloading of my currently installed openafs 1.6.0 by  
the installer).

The new version (1.6.5) doesn't work though. It doesn't panic, but I  
can't get access to my afs files. Below is what appears in the system  
log when I try to authenticate using the following commands (my cell  
settings appear to be intact in /var/db/openafs/etc):

kinit -f -p -A jmaebe
aklog -linked
