[OpenAFS-port-darwin] El Capitan

The OpenAFS installers since time immemorial install into /usr; in 10.11,
/usr is not writable.

The installers YFS produces have been modified to be ready for 10.11 but as
it is not released finally yet, we
are not yet distributing one for it.
