[OpenAFS-port-freebsd] FreeBSD 8.2 support

On Tuesday (that's today for many of you reading this), FreeBSD 8.2
goes end-of-support.  Currently, FreeBSD 8.2 is one of the platforms
that buildbot tests every change to master on.  I'm expecting a new
server to arrive RSN, to which I'll be able to move both of the
current buildslaves, so I'm going to put off this upgrade until I get
the new server set up.  I expect to be upgrading the 9.0 buildslave to
9.1 at the same time.
