[OpenAFS-port-netbsd] Big diff for work done so far on OpenAFS 1.4.1

This diff is a mess, but I have not had time to setup a cvs server yet.
Just wanted to get this out so others can contribute.

This is a unified diff, and most of the code is cut/paste from openbsd.
Obvious changes made to what I have fixed so far.
It fails with some undefs in vfsops/vnops.
As I get a crash course in it, help is always appreciated.
