[OpenAFS-devel] sparc64-linux24

I dont think that OpenAFS has ever been ported to sparc64-linux24, so
you're in uncharted territory.  You will need to create the
appropriate param file and Makefile, most likely grabbing pieces from
the sparc64-solaris and sparc32-linux files.
