This list is for technical discussion related to ongoing development work on OpenAFS, an open-source implementation of the AFS distributed filesystem. Topics include API's, wire protocols, and other general technical discussion. There are also a number of more specific mailing lists for the discussion of ongoing ports and major projects.
This is an open list -- anyone can subscribe, and any subscriber can post. To limit spam, only current subscribers can post without moderator approval.
If you are subscribed using a different address than the one that normally appears on your outgoing mail, or if you read this list via a shared subscription, you will need to enable posting for the address that appears on your outgoing mail. To do this, subscribe the outgoing address to the list, and then set the 'nomail' flag. You will now be able to post from that address, but it will not receive a copy of the mail.
