[OpenAFS] Compiling OpenAFS on Linux gcc3.2

[Neulinger, Nathan]

It's fixed in cvs, but you can fix by editing the Makefile.in/Makefile
in the pam dir, and remove the -I for /usr/include and /usr/include/sys.
