[OpenAFS] 1.3.70 comments?

Does the hang happen after a particular operation happening on the client, or
just regardless of what is being done on it?  We solved one occurence where
an 'fs flush' on a file could cause a hang when fstrace was enabled, and I am
fairly sure that the patch for that made it into 1.3.70.  This might be another
(similar) case.  Since it has been hanging like this for you on everything you
tested since 1.2.6, is there an open ticket in the OpenAFS RT for it that I
can check out for more details?
