Can the user access these UNC paths WITHOUT and WITH tokens?

\\afs\iu.edu\

If so, drive mappings should be assigned using the Windows Explorer NOT
the AFS system tray tool. "auto1", "auto2", and "rnourie" below are NOT
drive mappings. They are "submounts". They allow the following UNC
paths to the accessed
\\afs\auto1\
\\afs\auto2\
\\afs\rnourie\
They are equivalent to creating symlinks in the \\afs\all directory with
the "symlink make" command.
If they do not work, what version of OpenAFS are the servers in your
cell? Are then OpenAFS 1.2.8 or higher? Are you able to use Kerberos
5 based tokens from other machines?
