[OpenAFS] Regulary Ooups'es on 2.4.29 + OpenAFS 1.2.13

I did want to add in that I am having AFS oopses on the progeny 2.4.29 kernel
on RH8. The oops seems to happen on boot around the time afs does the cache
scan. I can certainly send in a log of the messages if that would help. I
should add that this did not happen with a Fedora Legacy 2.4.30 kernel.
This is w. afs 1.2.13
