[OpenAFS] Regulary Ooups'es on 2.4.29 + OpenAFS 1.2.13

It seems my original reply to this didn't go to the list, so apologies if this
ends up twice.

I've also seen kernel oopses using the progeny 2.4.29 kernel, openafs 1.2.13,
and redhat 8. Was not seeing the oops on Fedora Legacy 2.4.30 kernel. The oops
appears to happen around the time of the cache scan on boot.

kernel: Starting AFS cache scan...osi_AllocSmallS: size=268
kernel: Unable to handle kernel paging request at virtual address ffffffff

I can send more detailed logs upon request.
