As I understand it, the IETF is changing the tools they use to manage draft=
s, including a new template and some new tools for managing drafts. Some su=
bmissions have been held up due to this process. I know of at least 3 or 4 =
separate locations where drafts are stored at the moment, which is not very=
 useful or helpful to actually get them reviewed.=20

Given at the moment you can't actually submit drafts through the usual proc=
ess, I'm asking whether this group is maintaining a coherent location for A=
FS-related documents while the above process gets finished.=20

I am fully aware of where the IETF locates information, and the interfaces =
to get to it, but thanks for the reminder.
