[AFS3-std] AFS+OSD

Finally we managed to write down the AFS protocol extensions used by
AFS/OSD. We omitted all intermediate RPCs which we locally have still to
support for backward compatibility with older clients.

The specification can be found in our Wiki under
http://pfanne.rzg.mpg.de/trac/openAFS-OSD
under "Specification of the Protocol-extension."

Please let me know if you are missing something.
