[AFS3-std] Vote Now - only 5 hours left

This is a reminder to vote in the ongoing election of the first chairs of 
the AFS3 Standardization Group, which ends at 23:59 UTC today (about 5 
hours from now).  Votes should be sent by email to all three vote-takers, 
at the following addresses, by that time:
