[AFS3-std] extended callback information draft updated

Hi,

The extended callback information draft has been updated.

The primary differences from previous drafts are an updated vector result argument from proc ExtendedCallBack, and in semantic discussions, which are simplified and reflect discussion at the 2011 OpenAFS hackathon.
