[AFS3-std] Status of AFS3 documents and reviews for the RFC Editor

The status of our -afs3- drafts can ge tracked by using:

and entering -afs3- (check the expired box too)

We have in the RFC Editor's queue in the ISR state:

This document is waiting on the 3 reviewers to send in their reviews.
The last I heard from them (and they are all on this mailing list)
was around June 20.

This is the first document we are trying to get by the RFC Editor,
and there will most likely be some boiler plate changes. We should have
these changes applied to the next documents before they are submitted
to the RFC Editor. The next document is likely to be
the  draft-deason-afs3-type-time as we are starting the last call today.
