After some discussion with Tom Keiser, there are some new changes for an
-02 in progress:

 - Sections 4 and 5 have been switched ("Extant RPC Interface" now comes
   before "RPC Interface")
 
 - s/byte/octet/g

 - RPC short names have been replaced with their "full names"; that is,
   AFSVolDumpV2 is now specified in place of DumpV2
 
 - Parens have been removed around external references, so the reference
   doesn't appear like "([AFS3-VVL])".

Just wanted to mention that here, so people know what's changing before
waiting for publishing -02 (if they want to e.g. voice a differing
opinion on any of those points).
