    BUILD: Ensure that make clean actually cleans all products
    
    After a build, running make clean leaves the following objects:
    
    src/dir/test/dtest.o
    src/libuafs/libuafs.a
    src/libuafs/*.o
    src/roken/*.o
    
    Add a few rules to the various Makefiles to ensure that we clean
    up those files as well.
