    doc: Update the build instructions in howto-build-openafs
    
    Update the build instructions in the howto-build-openafs document in the
    Contributor Guide to be more clear and to put the commands to be run in
    markdown code fences.
    
    Update the example configure options to be more realistic and useful.
    
    Remove the make install DESTDIR=<path> example for now.
