    vol: Don't link unused FSSYNC_BUILD_SERVER materials
    
    Only the fileserver uses FSYNC_BUILD_SERVER code, and it builds its own
    copies of fssync-server.o and other objects from src/vol.
    
    But nothing built by vol/Makefile needs fssync-server.o or
    FSSYNC_BUILD_SERVER.  Remove them both.  This should remove
    any unused fssync-server code linked in with these build objects:
      - salvager
      - fssync-debug
      - namei_map
      - volinfo
      - volscan
      - vol-bless
    
    NOTE: This also removes the FSSYNC_BUILD_SERVER code from public library
    vlib.a (aka libvlib.a), and is thus a functional change.
