    afsio: Remove incorrect cmd_Seek() calls
    
    The -crypt argument for afsio can be specified but it is not accepted as
    a valid option for the following afsio sub-commands:
    
        lock, unlock, fidlock, fidunlock
    
    Commit 5538633c9fc5 (afsio: add -clear and -crypt option) neglected to
    adjust the cmd_Seek() value as needed to prevent -crypt option from
    being overlaid by subsequent options.
    
    Remove the calls to the cmd_Seek() function so that the -crypt argument
    can be accepted for the aforementioned sub-commands.
