    RedHat: Remove openafs.spec from make clean target
    
    The makesrpm.pl tool generates the openafs.spec file from the
    openafs.spec.in file, but the output file is written in the rpmbuild
    SPECS directory, not in the source tree.
    
    - Remove the openafs.spec from the top-level clean target.
    
    - Remove the src/packages/RedHat/.gitignore file, since no files
      need to be ignored in that directory.
