    RedHat: Install pagsh.krb and tokens.krb symlinks with kauth-client
    
    The pagsh.krb and tokens.krb compatibility syslinks are installed by
    openafs-compat when the packaging as built with the optional `--with
    kauth` rpmbuild argument.  However, the pagsh.krb and token.krb binaries
    are installed with the openafs-kauth-client, so the symlinks are broken
    when openafs-compat is installed but openafs-kauth-client is not
    installed.
    
    Fix this by moving the management of the pagsh.krb and tokens.krb
    symlinks from openafs-compat to openafs-kauth-client, like the other
    kauth client binaries `kapasswd`, `klog`, `klog.krb`, and `kas`.
