    RedHat: Remove unneeded requires in openafs-compat
    
    The openafs-compat package provides compatibility symlinks for binaries
    installed by the main `openafs` package. It currently requires the
    openafs-client package but does not create any symlinks for files
    installed by the openafs-client package.
    
    Remove the unnecessary openafs-client dependency, which prevents
    installing the openafs-compat package when the openafs-client (and it's
    depenencies) are not installed.
