    Remove vestigial .exp files and references
    
    Since commit 37d2e8bfa8 (Improve shared library building support), our
    internal shlib-build script doesn't use "$lib.exp" files on AIX/macOS
    anymore, but instead generates a temporary .exp file from the associated
    .map file in the tree.
    
    And since various commits, including:
    
      f2d4ba8b61 Build hcrypto with libtool
      3160b1ad38 Build roken using libtool
      320f74653c libafsrpc: Assemble with libtool
      3c3d209a4f libafsauthent: Build with libtool
    
    Our libraries are built with libtool instead of our internal shlib-build
    script (except for PERLUAFS/ukernel.so, which still uses shlib-build).
    So all of our libraries use libtool .sym files for symbol visibility
    instead of any .exp or .map files (except for PERLUAFS/ukernel.so, which
    doesn't use either).
    
    So, the .exp files for libafsauthent and libafsrpc are unused, and any
    .gitignore references to .exp files are useless. Remove all of these.
    
    Some other .exp files are still used for building/loading the kernel
    module on AIX, involving files export.exp and variants, afs.exp and
    variants, and directories src/export and src/sys. Those are still used,
    and so aren't touched by this commit.
