    Linux: Remove excl arg from inode_ops->create()
    
    The Linux 7.3 commit:
        "Remove excl arg to ->create inode_operation" (b2f1e6301efa4)
    removed the unused excl argument for the inode_operations create()
    method.
    
    Add a new autoconf test for the inode_operations create() method to
    match the Linux 7.3 signature. If successful, this test also implies
    IOP_TAKES_MNT_IDMAP.
    
    Add a new function definition for afs_linux_create() that drops the
    unused excl argument.
    
    Note: Update the autoconf test defining the IOP_TAKES_MNT_IDMAP, to
    remove the use of the AC_VAR_GET() macro and just reference the
    variables directly.
