    license: Add kaduk to RELICENSE.md
    
    I consent to the stated license changes. I contributed changes to
    OpenAFS using the email address kaduk@mit.edu both as an individual
    and as an employee of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT);
    in the latter case MIT is the copyright holder.
    However, my open-source contributions for MIT are permitted to be released
    under the BSD 3-clause license (see the "Recommended Open Source
    Software Licenses" at
    https://tlo.mit.edu/researchers-mit-community/protect/software-open-source-protection)
    so both my individual and work-for-hire contributions can be
    relicensed as BSD 3-clause.
    
    The BSD 3-clause license is GPL-compatible, so I (or anyone)
    can additionally distribute these contributions under the GPL-2 license, and
    I choose to do so here as needed for the OpenAFS relicensing effort.
