    RedHat: Remove obsolete RPM-build-notes
    
    The RPM-build-notes file describes the transition to kmod style kernel
    module packages in OpenAFS 1.4.5, for Fedora Core and RHEL 5.  These
    notes are now obsolete.
    
    - The fedorakmod macro mentioned in the notes no longer exists; kmod
      style packages are the only kernel module packages built by the spec.
    
    - Old style openafs-kernel packages can no longer be built, so the
      caveats about mixing old and new style packages no longer apply.
    
    - The rpmbuild --define options used to build kernel modules
      (build_modules, kvariants, kernvers) are documented in the usage
      comments at the top of openafs.spec.in.
    
    This file is not referenced by the build or installed by any package,
    so remove it.
