    RedHat: Remove DKMS check for Linux 2.4
    
    The MAKE command in the generated dkms.conf checks the kernel version in
    order to handle Linux 2.4 kernels, on which the kernel module is built
    as libafs-*.o instead of openafs.ko.
    
    Linux 2.4 has not been supported since commit ccf353ede6 (Mark Linux 2.4
    as unsupported), and commit ec706b2153 (Remove Linux 2.4 compat from
    RedHat packaging) removed most of the Linux 2.4 support from the RedHat
    packaging, but missed this check in the DKMS configuration.
    
    Remove the case statement and always move the openafs.ko module.
