    RedHat: Remove kernel variant build logic
    
    The logic to build separate kmod-openafs-<variant> packages for a list
    of kernel variants dates from the RHEL 5 era, when kernels were commonly
    packaged in smp, PAE, xen, and other variants.
    
    Modern releases still provide a few variants (e.g., debug, rt), but the
    kernel variants logic in our spec does not support them. (The
    openafs-dkms package can be used to build the kernel module for any
    installed kernel, including these variants.)
    
    - Remove the kvariants logic, so rpmbuild configures and builds a single
      kmod-openafs package for the specified kernel version (the default is
      the running kernel). The kernel module is now built in the main build
      tree, instead of in per-variant copies of the libafs tree.
    
    - Remove the ksrcdir macro. This undocumented macro was intended to
      specify the location of the kernel headers, but the kernel variant
      logic always set the location first, so a ksrcdir defined on the
      command line was never used.
    
    - Remove the dead macros from the usage text in the openafs package
      description: kbase, kend, ksrvdir, kmoddir, kvariants. Also fix
      a typo (To a kernel/To build a kernel).
    
    This is a step towards removing openafs-kmodtool, our obsolete in-tree
    fork of the kmodtool helper script. With the variant logic removed,
    the spec no longer depends on the kmodtool variant handling, which is
    most of what the openafs-kmodtool provides.
