    RedHat: Add kernel_version macro
    
    The openafs-kmodtool (which is an ancient fork of the Fedora kmodtool)
    is used to determine the target kernel version when building the openafs
    kernel module.  This tool strips the architecture suffix from the kernel
    version returned by uname, since kernels in RHEL 5 and earlier did not
    include the architecture suffix.  The spec file then added the
    architecture suffix back by appending the _target_cpu.
    
    Since we are no longer building packages for RHEL 5 and earlier, clean
    this up by removing the use of the old openafs-kmodtool to get the
    kernel version and clean up the spec to use a modern "kernel_version"
    macro.
    
    - Remove the use of openafs-kmodtool to get the kernel version.
    
    - Remove the old, internal use only kverrel macro and replace it with
      a new, conventionally named macro called kernel_version.
    
    - Remove all locations we append the _target_cpu to the kernel version,
      since kernel_version already has the architecture suffix.
    
    - Builders can define kernel_version to specify the kernel version to be
      targeted. This can be set as an rpmbuild --define, or in an rpm macro
      file.  The default is the current running kernel version from
      `uname -r`.
    
    - Continue to support --define "kernvers ..." for compatility. This name
      will set kernel_version when defined. (kernel_version has precedence
      when both kernvers and kernel_version are defined.)
