    RedHat: Remove openafs-kmodtool
    
    The openafs-kmodtool script was imported from Fedora (kmodtool version
    0.10.13) in commit c4ad02b69aae (rpm-files-update-20071011), and was
    later modified for OpenAFS and renamed. This helper script was
    originally used to generate the kmod package definitions for each
    kernel variant on RHEL 5 and earlier.
    
    Now that the kernel variant logic has been removed from the spec by
    commit 5d834b594692 (RedHat: Remove kernel variant build logic), the
    only thing openafs-kmodtool still provides is the template for a single
    kmod-openafs package, plus a kmod-openafs-debuginfo package on older
    releases.
    
    - Move these package definitions, scriptlets, and file lists directly
      into the spec, and remove our obsolete copy of kmodtool.
    
    - Add back the internal kverrel macro, now derived from kernel_version
      by removing the architecture suffix, and add the internal kepoch
      macro for the kernel package epoch on Amazon Linux 2023. These are
      needed for the kernel package dependencies and the kmod package
      release.
    
    The generated kmod package names, releases, and dependencies are
    unchanged, except that the kernel epoch for Amazon Linux 2023 is now
    selected by the build platform, instead of by the target kernel version
    string.
    
    A modern kmodtool is now maintained as a separate project and is
    available as a regular package, so we could adopt it in the future if
    needed.
