    RedHat: Remove kmod_name macro
    
    The kmod_name macro was used to pass the kernel module name to the
    openafs-kmodtool rpmtemplate command. Since openafs-kmodtool has been
    removed and the kmod package definitions are now in the spec, this
    macro is no longer needed.
    
    The kmod_name macro is defined as "openafs", which is the same as the
    package name, so use %{name} instead.
    
    The generated packages are unchanged.
