    makesrpm: Remove configure.ac from list of files to untar
    
    Originally, `makesrpm.pl` examined the `configure.ac` file embedded in
    the source archive to determine the OpenAFS version being packaged.
    Later, the build system was updated to use the `.version` file to
    indicate the version, and `makesrpm.pl` was updated to extract and read
    the `.version` file (indirectly with the `git-version` tool), but
    makesrpm.pl was not updated to remove the `configure.ac` extraction.
    
    Remove `configure.ac` from the list of files extracted from the source
    archive.  This file is no longer needed since commit ed3f11344605
    (RedHat: fix makesrpm.pl version discovery)
