    viced: Remove unused counters CopyOnWrite_*
    
    Commit cdc26d92ed20 (viced: disable accelerated copyonwrite) removed all
    non-zero assignments of the following counters, but neglected to remove
    their reporting and definitions:
    
      CopyOnWrite_calls
      CopyOnWrite_off0
      CopyOnWrite_size0
      CopyOnWrite_maxsize
    
    These counters are always reported with value zero in the fileserver
    shutdown stats, and also when the fileserver receives a SIGXCPU signal:
    
      "CopyOnWrite: calls 0 off0 0 size0 0 maxsize 0x0"
    
    Remove the definitions of these counters, and remove the line in
    PrintCounters that reports their values.
